Naked Nutrition Chocolate Shake

Written by Erin Porter

Sometimes companies will approach me to try their products and 99% of the time I have to turn them down.  I don’t want to eat or put things on my body that have preservatives, toxins, or artificial anything.  This naked nutrition chocolate shake (naked shake) was different.  When I saw that most of their products have only 3 ingredients, I was curious.   Then I noticed one of the ingredients was the powerful antifungal MCT oil. That’s when I said, “Sure, I will absolutely try it!”

MCT oil is a type of saturated fat found in coconut oil or palm kernel oil and has been shown to have antifungal and antimicrobial effects.  Read on and I’ll show you how I make the shake and how easy it is to add (and hide) fresh vegetables, which go completely unnoticed in the shake by our kids.

Benefits of MCT Oil in Naked Shake

  • Although more research is needed, MCT may be beneficial for Alzheimer’s
  • MCT oil provides energy that is long lasting
  • May help blood sugar levels
  • MCT is a healthy type of saturated Fat
  • Has antifungal and antimicrobial properties

  • GMO Free
  • Vegan

Ingredients I Put in my Chocolate Shake
