Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Sugar + Gluten Free)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew or almond butter ( I used cashew butter)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 bar of Lily's Chocolate (it's sweetened with Stevia) - I use the Milk chocolate Salted Caramel or the Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts
- 5 tbsp xylitol
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 organic egg
- pinch of chia and flax seeds
Instructions
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- I don't suggest that you use a butter knife to cut the chocolate like I did, that is all I had available ๐

Erin, I am excited to have found you and your recipe book! I think I am you in regards to sinuses! I have been healing my gut and am so much better in some respects, but my sinuses are still inflamed! Just did a mold and fungal test on myself and am going to test my house. Did you order a specific home mold test, or just any will do?
