This balsamic vinaigrette recipe is my favorite salad dressing at the moment. It can be made in under 5 minutes and I take it with me to restaurants. Watch below as I make this in minutes!

What You Need to Make this Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe
1/3 cup olive oil (cold pressed)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 inch slice of garlic (not the whole clove)
dash of Italian seasoning optional
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 lemon (just the juice) – use 1/4 of the lemon if you don’t love lemon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high powered blender. Enjoy!
