Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos (Kaufmann Diet Friendly)

This salsa verde chicken taco recipe could not be any easier!  It’s also gluten free and is Kaufmann diet friendly.

Homemade Chicken Tacos

What You Need For Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos

Directions

Place chicken breast in crockpot and pour salsa verde over chicken.  Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.  The chicken will be so tender you call pull it with a fork.  Bake shells according to directions on the back and fill taco shells with desired toppings.

Easy Crock pot salsa verde chicken taco recipe.
Course Main Dishes

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Organic Chicken Breasts
  • 1 jar Salsa Verde
  • Siete Grain Free Taco Shells
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breast in crockpot and cover with the salsa verde.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Heat taco shells according to directions.
  • Place chicken in taco shells and top with desired toppings.
