Making Chocolate Oat Bites on NBC

We’re making chocolate chip oatmeal bites on NBC as we talk about comparing ourselves to others, autoimmune disease, heart health and more!

What You Will Need

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup carob chips or any healthy chocolate chips of your choice if not following the Kaufmann diet
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
