How To Make Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad

  • Clean and chop cucumber
  • Place cucumber in medium bowl
  • Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar
  • add seasoning and xylitol
  • Mix and serve
  • Can marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

    • Lowers blood sugar
    • Great for skin
    • Lowers cholesterol
    • May help acid reflux
    • Contains high amounts of malic acid which may help people with mold illness
    • Can kill harmful bacteria

See Video Directions or instructions below. Clean and chop cucumber Place cucumber in medium bowl Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar add seasoning and xylitol Mix and serve Can marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber
  • Apple cider vinegar with the mother (fill your bowl of cucumbers about half way
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • season to taste with Kinder's seasoning blend called the blend.
Instructions

  2. Clean and chop cucumber
  3. Place cucumber in medium bowl
  4. Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar
  5. add seasoning and xylitol
  6. Mix and serve
  7. Can marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
If you are following Doug Kaufmann diet (aka Kaufmann diet) this would be considered Kaufmann 1. Note apple cider vinegar is the only vinegar allowed on his diet. Due to the high amount of malic acid in this vinegar it may be considered a good anti fungal.
