Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad (Kaufmann Diet Friendly)

Today as I show you how to make apple cider vinegar cucumber salad, I discuss next week’s video.  Lyme disease!  I want to show you what helps lyme disease and what I do every day to fight it and feel great.  If you are following Doug Kaufmann’s diet (the Kaufmann diet), this is a great Kaufmann diet snack recipe option.  Cucumbers and apple cider vinegar not only taste great but have some wonderful health benefits.

How To Make Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad

  • Clean and chop cucumber
  • Place cucumber in medium bowl
  • Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar
  • add seasoning and xylitol
  • Mix and serve
  • Can marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • Lowers cholesterol
  • May help acid reflux
  • Contains high amounts of malic acid which may help people with mold illness
  • Can kill harmful bacteria

Healthy Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad

Enjoy this simple and healthy 4 ingredient apple cider vinegar cucumber salad.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large cucumber
  • Apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tsp Xylitol
  • Kinder's seasoning blend called the blend. (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Clean and chop cucumber.
  • Place cucumber in medium bowl.
  • Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar.
  • Add seasoning and xylitol and mix.
  • Marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

If you are following Doug Kaufmann diet (aka Kaufmann diet) this would be considered Kaufmann 1. Note apple cider vinegar is the only vinegar allowed on his diet. Due to the high amount of malic acid in this vinegar it may be considered a good anti fungal.
