Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad (Kaufmann Diet Friendly)

Today as I show you how to make apple cider vinegar cucumber salad, I discuss next week’s video. Lyme disease! What You Need To Make Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad
- 1 large cucumber
- Apple cider vinegar with the mother
- Xylitol or Stevia
- Kinder’s seasoning blend called “the blend“
How To Make Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad

- Clean and chop cucumber
- Place cucumber in medium bowl
- Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar
- add seasoning and xylitol
- Mix and serve
- Can marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Healthy Apple Cider Vinegar Cucumber Salad
- Clean and chop cucumber.
- Place cucumber in medium bowl.
- Fill bowl half way with apple cider vinegar.
- Add seasoning and xylitol and mix.
- Marinate in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Serve cold.
