The best part is our chocolate dip is only 90 calories per serving! Check us out and we are looking forward to coming to a store near you!
I was in the airport recently, hungry, and a bit frustrated at the lack of healthy choices for those times when you just need something “sweet”. That’s when the seed was planted! I knew I needed to share our great tasting but healthy sweets and snacks. God is certainly guiding us because this all happened VERY QUICKLY. We can hardly believe it ourselves, but Eat Pray Get Well sweets will be hitting the grocery store shelves here in Tampa on June 3rd. Watch for more details.
This weekend if you happen to be in Tampa, pop on over to Whole Foods where you can sample some of our low sugar/no sugar/low carb sweets options. For those of you that don’t live in Florida we are working on enabling you to be able to order online. I know this will help so many of you that are trying to eat very low sugar and carbs in order to stay on the right track. It’s always the sweets that trip us up! Thanks to all of you that support EPGW and I wish you all the best of health!

I was at TIA the other day when my flight was delayed. I had forgotten to bring a snack, and was hoping to find something healthy to hold me over for a couple of hours. I was intrigued when I saw the Cookie Dough Bites in the refrigerated section of the sundries store. I decided to give them a try since they were a protein filled, low calorie snack. Not only were they delicious, but I didn’t blow my diet! Thank you for making healthy and delicious treats that can be eaten on the go.
Please put the cookie dough bites up for sale so we can buy them here in New York. I was recently in TIA and needed a healthy snack and tried your bites! They were terrific and wanted more to have on hand because they are delicious and I didn’t blow my diet!!
Hi Marie! That is great, thanks so much for trying them! What part of NY are in? We are thinking about maybe expanding soon, both in airports and possibly sell online as well 🙂 Glad you enjoyed them! Erin
When will you have your products in South East Michigan? I would like to try them. 🙂
I live in a small town in Florida called Crescent City,we only have a Sav A Lot and a Winn Dixie i have mult- health problems among them renal failure i am always looking for good GMO free foods, will any of your stores come to my area or close by?
Yes just bought your bites in The Tampa airport. AMAZING. PLEASE SELL ONLINE or get in wholefoods in Scottsdale Arizona. They are AMAZING. I’m sugar free for almost 3 years and gluten free. they are perfect. thank you and congrats.
I was in the Tampa airport last week and purchased your snack bites for the first time. My first bag was so delicious I even went back to the counter to purchase another bag and try a different kind. But, now I’m home in Allen, Texas and I wish I had them to snack on. Please sell them online or bring them to WholeFoods near me.
I too was traveling through the airport and am eating a gluten free and sugar free diet. I was overjoyed to see the oatmeal bites! First chocolate chips I’ve eaten in over 2 years, and in my opinion the most delicious no bake bites I’ve had. Thank you for putting a healthier option out there for all of us!
hi Allison, these kind of comments are what keep me going and I am SO glad you liked them! Thank you so much for taking the time to write me and let me know, it’s very much appreciated!! Erin By the way, kudos to you not eating chocolate chips in over 2 years and to your gluten free/sugar free diet! It’s not easy… Erin
Oh! I should clarify, it’s the first chocolate chip type cookie I’ve enjoyed guilt free. Haha. I have surely had moments throughout my healing health journey the past two years where I’ve momentarily binged on the foods (not in great quantity like I used to eat), but a handful that I definitely didn’t enjoy because I knew it would trigger illness shortly after. Food addiction is real and I’m thankful that when or if we have those tempting moments, we can have a choice out there to eat something better. I felt ravenous on my trip and thankfully your oatmeal bites filled that deficiency or craving while I was away from my normal foods. Thanks again, Erin! God Bless!
Just saw this Allison. When I first read that (that you hadn’t had sugar in 2 years) I thought she is my HERO! Glad to hear you are human like the rest of us and yes food addiction sure is real!
