Gluten Free Grain Free Pie Crust & an Eat Pray Get Well Book!

  • 2 cups almond flour - I used Bob's Red Mill
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 4 tbs grass fed butter softened (let sit out at room temp until soft)
  • 4 tbs plain greek yogurt
  • dash sea salt
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Roll into a large ball and roll out with rolling pin. Place in pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
