Easy Guacamole...And Rejection
Recipe type: snacks
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tsp chopped jalapeno (more if you like spicy)
  • 1½ tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tsp chopped scallions
  • 4-5 tsp lemon squeezed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste. I add quite a bit (start off slow and keep tasting)
  1. Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
