Heart Healthy Trail Mix
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (I used sugar free Lily's chips)
  • ¼ unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ salted pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup unsalted cashews
  • ½ cup lightly salted almonds
  • ¼ organic dried cherries (optional and omit if you want to keep it sugar free)
  1. Mix all ingredients and enjoy! Can be stored in a mason jar.
