Ingredients
  • ½ heaping cup of frozen berries
  • 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt (with no added sugar)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • ¼ (plus 1 tbsp) coconut water
  • If you like it sweet you can add a little monk fruit or stevia to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in bullet or blender.
