Blueberry Pancakes... & 8 Natural Remedies for a Sinus Infection

Ingredients
  • • 2 organic eggs
  • • 1 tbsp of coconut oil or melted butter
  • • ½ tsp vanilla
  • • 1 tbsp xylitol
  • • ½ cup almond flour Plus one tbsp if you like thicker pancakes
  • • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • • ¼ cup light coconut milk
  • • Pinch of salt
  • • Top with pecans and cinnamon (optional)
  • • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • Makes 5 -6 pancakes.
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into preheated, buttered frying pan. You can also use coconut oil to grease pan. Turn pancakes once they start to bubble and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
