I was hoping today’s post would be my end of the year video telling you about a few health challenges that hit me this year but the editing process (much like my healthy eating) got away from me during the holidays. 2019 was a great year but it did not come without it’s challenges. I had skin cancer on my nose which ended in Mohs surgery and needing 3 flaps to cover the damage. A torn rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, and a friggin sinus infection so relentless I thought I would loose my mind. Next week in the video I will explain how I recovered, and most importantly I’ll discuss biofilms. For anyone with a chronic illness in any part of your body you won’t want to miss my video next week.
Yesterday I headed to the beach to ground (I’ll explain more about this in a minute), reset, and to think about what to post this week. Then it came to me, why not write about the whole reason I came to the beach in the first place, and that was to higher my vibrations…..sounds corny and weird I know but it’s based on actual science, which means there ARE things we can do to push our bodies in the direction of healing…exciting!
Vibrations – Dr. Sinatra, the famous cardiologist who co-wrote the book called Health Revelations from Heaven and Earth with Tommy Rosa says, “the big “secret” to a full and healthy life is actually pretty simple: It’s all about maximizing your energy and being in harmony with the natural vibrational frequencies around you. We generally think of the body as a “mass” of flesh, bone, and blood, but Einstein’s theory tells us that the body is also a bundle of vibrating electromagnetic energy. Every single cell in the body, whether it’s in your brain or your big toe, vibrates at a microscopic frequency.” Even our food vibrates at different levels. Healthy food has higher vibrations, for example dead processed food may vibrate at 0-3 mhz where living greens vibrate at 70 mhz, and raw almonds at 50 mhz. The state of our health depends on what frequency our body is vibrating.
Healthy body – vibrates at 62-70 mhz
A body fighting cancer – vibrates at 42 mhz
Cold and flu – vibrates at 58 mhz
A body fighting candida/mold/fungus – vibrates at 55 mhz
Now you get the picture, so how do you raise your vibrations?
- The food you eat. As stated above processed foods may have as little as 0 -3 mhz where nuts and greens, and vibrant fruits have upwards of 70 mhz.
- Grounding. What is grounding? The earth’s surface has an unlimited supply of free electrons which your body absorbs when you walk on the ground. So take your shoes off next time you walk in the grass or on the beach as rubber bottomed soles (such as sneakers) prevent this absorption. Grounding is proven to help fight inflammation and chronic pain because the electrons reduce free-radical activity in the body. There have been many studies on grounding and they have proven it’s beneficial for the heart, nervous system, and respiratory system.
- Pay close attention to your thoughts. Positive thoughts full of gratitude increase our bodies vibration while negative thoughts as well as depression and anxiety lower the bodies vibrations.
- Essential oils. I have to admit I didn’t pay much attention to essential oils until recently. There is plenty of discussion about healing oils in the bible but I never really used them until I read about how high their vibrations are! For example Rose is 320 mhz, frankincense 147 mhz, lavender 118 mhz, peppermint 78 mhz.
