Your Favorite Posts from 2018 & Be in my Blog in 2019!

Do you want your videos to be a part of the blog next year?  If so, read on…

Welcome to the last post of 2018!  Before I share your favorite posts of 2018, I’ll fill you in on what’s new for 2019.  I’ll be back on the show “Know the Cause” sometime in February, it should air in March or April, I’ll release the date as it’s gets closer.  We will be talking about MUCH more than food!  We will touch on emotional health and how it effects our physical health.  If you haven’t heard, the most exciting news this year was my new book Eat Pray Get Well – A Journey  from Chronic Illness, Brokenness & Junk Food Junkie to Wholeness & Wellness is now on shelves, including those at Tampa International Airport if you are ever in my beautiful town! (also available on the website here).  It’s a road map to getting yourself well in every sense of the word.  Body, Mind, and Soul!

I would also like to be much better about doing videos.  So many of you reach out with questions so I thought a Q & A from readers emails would be helpful to everyone, since most of us have the same questions.  I am also going to be starting the year off with 7 days of juicing (and drinking bone broth).  Why?  There are a couple reasons, some I will share now and some of which you will have to wait until next year.  For one, I just finished watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead for the 5th time?  You can actually watch the film for free here.  If you haven’t watched it yet, you will be inspired to run out the door when it’s over and buy a juicer.  It really is that powerful.  It is also that time of year when I throw caution to the wind and eat like my next meal may be my last, so it’s time to reset my body and recover from the damage.  Does anyone want to do it along with me?  If so, you will video yourself (contact me and ask for details first) throughout the 7 days and I will share your experiences as well as my own!  Not only can juicing help you lose all of your cravings for foods you shouldn’t eat, but it also sort of “reboots” your system and can help squash disease in it’s tracks.  If you’d like, watch the movie and if you get inspired, join me and become a part of Eat Pray Get Well next year.  So go and eat your holiday foods, drinks, and desserts (I will be doing a bit of that too) and contact me here if you are interested in beginning a new journey.  The beginning of the year is just around the corner so come aboard, I can’t wait to start off the new year with you!

Now on to your favorite posts of 2018!

From Binging to Balance  -Do you remember the time I ate my way through four states out running a hurricane?  No?  Now is your chance to read it here, and I bet most of you will see yourselves in this post!

Coconut Onion Rings – Now this one is self explanatory don’t you think?

Can You Trust Your Gut? – So many people are starting to realize what Hypocrites said thousands of years ago was correct, he said “all disease begins in the gut”  so fix it, heal it, and begin to heal.

How to Minimize the Damage of Antibiotics – sad this was at the top, but unfortunately in America it “rains antibiotics”

Video – Don’t Start Your Day off this Way –  I bet for so many of you it was like looking in a mirror.  Let’s change that next year!

Sugar Free Grain Free Lemon Bites – another self explanatory…delicious

90 Second Sugar Free Mug Cake – rich but not rubbery – hard to find with a mug cake!

Have a wonderful Christmas and if God is prompting you to change any habits or attitudes you may have around food.  Listen.  It could be the best decision you ever make for yourself and open doors you never imagined.  See you next year!
