Back in the day I used to treat my allergy symptoms with Claritin, Benedryl, and Zyrtec. All of which just made me feel a different kind of miserable. I was no longer itchy and stuffy but instead I was so drained I couldn’t function at work. I have found that instead of a band-aid fix, cleaning up the diet, healing your gut, and adding supplements can do wonders!
