You will love this food allergy game changer! But before you read any further I want you to know I did not get compensated financially for this post. In fact, the NSC company will have no idea I am even doing this post unless and until I tag them at a later date. It’s important for me that you know these kinds of things upfront as I never want people to think any advice I give is lining my pockets. With that being said, I am so very excited to talk about what helped me (DRASTICALLY) with my food allergies. Since the day I tried NSC Beta Glucan Allergy Formula almost one year ago, I have not had the typical itchy ears and pallet I would inevitably get when eating foods I was allergic to. Why didn’t I just stay away from foods I was allergic to? Like many of you, I was allergic to so many things! Dairy, wheat, strawberries, carrots, peppers, yeast, and any foods with preservatives, or artificial colors could bring me down for days! To understand food allergies you have to realize they are only a symptom of a bigger problem within your gut. In a previous post I go into detail about what some of the causes of food allergies are, as well as how to treat them. Click here to read.
Back in the day I used to treat my allergy symptoms with Claritin, Benedryl, and Zyrtec. All of which just made me feel a different kind of miserable. I was no longer itchy and stuffy but instead I was so drained I couldn’t function at work. What I love about this Beta Glucan allergy is that it’s not only takes away the allergy symptoms, but it also contains beta glucan which enhances your immune system and promotes energy, rather than zapping you of all your energy like the over the counter allergy medications.
I am not a doctor so I don’t promote any kind of treatment plan but I love passing on things that have worked for me and helped improve my life. According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, 30% of children and 40% of adults suffer from food allergies. So there are a lot of people suffering with symptoms after each meal! Food allergies have also increased in children by 50% between 1997 and 2011. Researchers have come to the conclusion that the processed food we eat increases not just kids but adults chances of food allergies. Other causes include antibiotics, food additives and GMO’s. I have found that instead of a band-aid fix, cleaning up the diet, healing your gut, and adding supplements can do wonders!
